Cancellation

The Cancellation Policies of the Elaine Quinn Ladies Salon are dynamic and may change from time to time. The Cancellation policy of the Elaine Quinn Ladies Salon may change in the interim period of booking and date of service. The Cancellation Policy prevailing at the time of starting time/cancellation of the booking by the Customer will be the applicable policy.

Cancellations can be done by contacting our Elaine Quinn team via email or phone.

​

Only those cancellation requests which are made either by email or phone call shall be entertained. The Elaine Quinn Ladies Salon shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the stylists without informing the Elaine Quinn Ladies Salon reception team through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS, telephone call or e-mail.

MODIFICATIONS & REFUNDS:

​

The Elaine Quinn Ladies Salon do not accept amendment request to the reservation if the service is within 4 Hours.

​

The Elaine Quinn Ladies Salon doesn’t support changes and modifications to online bookings once they’re made.

​

All the refunds shall be done by the Elaine Quinn Ladies Salon directly to you and any employee, Director, officer, Manager is not responsible for ensuring any refunds whatsoever.

​

Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

​

Cancellation Refund and General Policies:

​

Cancellation and Refund Policy for a package / individual service such as hair and beauty service, etc.

 

Cancellation Policy:

​

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing via SMS, email, or telephone calls, or correspondence letter 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

​

Cancellation charges (calculated on total package amount / individual service cost) will be applicable as follows:

​

  • 100% in case of request received less than 24 hours of the start time of the booking.

​​

  • 100% in case of no show (you are not available at the venue at said date and time or you don’t start your service without canceling it).

​

  • Cancellation charges will be calculated on the basis of the time we receive your written cancellation request.

​

  • Postpone / Prepone of your service will be treated as a cancellation of previous service and booking of new service and it is subject to availability.

​

Refund Policy:

​

Your advance deposit after deducting cancellation charges will be refundable to you.

​

Refunds will be made between within 10 working days of placing the request for refunds.

​
