Satisfaction Policy

At Elaine Quinn hair your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your hair, we kindly ask that you contact us within seven (7) days of your appointment. We require that you return to the salon so we can assess your hair in person and discuss any concerns.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, but we are committed to working with you to find a solution that meets your expectations.​​
